Leading with Faith and Purpose: DENA’s Fall Convocation 2024

The Fall Convocation 2024, scheduled to take place from November 8-9, 2024, is the cornerstone formation and networking event for governance leaders within the Lasallian District of Eastern North America (DENA). This annual gathering is designed specifically for Chief Administrators and Board Chairs of Lasallian ministries across the district, offering a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow as leaders within the Lasallian mission.

Through a combination of keynote addresses, topical presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and prayer services, the event aims to foster a stronger sense of community and shared purpose among governance leaders. The convocation serves as a platform for participants to discuss governance-related activities at both the district and local levels, explore new approaches to leadership, and share best practices for representation and participation.

In addition to the structured sessions, attendees will have dedicated time to network and collaborate with their peers, allowing for meaningful exchanges and the development of relationships that can strengthen governance throughout DENA. Prayer services are also a key part of the event, grounding the convocation in the Lasallian tradition of faith and service.

This event is essential for leaders who are committed to advancing the mission of Lasallian education and fostering a sense of community among all ministries in the district.
