The 2024 Brother Luke Salm Workshop brought together Lasallian educators and administrators from across the nation for an inspiring three-day event, held from October 20 to 22 at the Bon Secours Retreat and Conference Center in Marriottsville, Maryland. This annual gathering, designed specifically for those teaching religious education, offers a space for participants to reflect on their ministry, share insights, and explore innovative ways to impart the gospel’s message to the young people they serve.
Named after Brother Luke Salm, FSC, a renowned Lasallian scholar, the workshop focuses on both professional and spiritual development. It aligns closely with the Lasallian mission of transforming lives through faith-based education, providing educators with the tools and spiritual resources to deepen their impact in the classroom. The event featured keynote speakers, interactive discussions, personal reflection, and moments of prayer—each tailored to renew the participants’ commitment to Lasallian education and evangelization.
